Ticket Solution

Reference:
Beijing Capital International Airport, which is to open a third terminal for the Olympics, is already the busiest airport in Asia and is ranked as the world's ninth-busiest airport by Airports Council International. At its peak, the airport handles 170,000 passengers a day, according to the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, but the number is expected to exceed 200,000 during the Olympics.

Several prominent hotels in Beijing are already fully booked, either because they offered their rooms earlier, were block-booked by tour operators, or have been reserved for local Olympics personnel. That is despite having charged a 50% cash deposit and required a minimum 18-night stay.

About 70% of 113 star-rated and 253 unrated hotels in Beijing have been reserved for Olympics personnel, leaving even fewer options for travelers.
