Pilgrimage Tour

It serves as an optional part of the tour packages.

The pilgrimage tour will be guided by Chen Family Taiji masters.

We can visit:

• The place where ＆Yijing 每the book of Changes＊ was created.
• Chen Village 每 the birthplace of Taijiquan.
• Yongnian 每 where Yang Style Taijiquan was created by Yang Luchan.
• Wudang Mt. 每 the place where Zhang Sanfeng used to live and teach.
• Shaolin Temple 每 the origination of Shaolin Kungfu, visit a real top Shaolin master.

Everyday we will include at least 4 hours of Taiji practice including:

• Silk reeling (chansi)
• Taiji Qigong
• Laojia Yilu
• Laojia Erlu
• Xinjia Yilu
• Xinjia Erlu
• Tuishou (Taiji combat) techniques

The contents of teaching are subject to different levels of group members in Taiji.
